In 2021, I found a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Grass Valley—a newly built 1-bedroom, 2-bath home with great bones and endless potential. What started as a blank slate quickly became a living project, evolving into something much more than just a house.
First came Unit A "The Nest": a cozy 1-bedroom with a loft, perfect for tenants looking for comfort and charm. Then I transformed the carport into Unit B "The Den"—another bright and airy 1-bedroom with a lofted nook.
From there, the vision kept growing. I expanded the driveway, built out the unique garden design "The Sanctuary," added a peaceful bath house, and converted a trailer into the Tiny House "Hideaway."
Most recently, I crafted the outdoor kitchen—enabling our Saturday brunches, garden feasts, and spontaneous celebrations.
246 is a mix of intention, creativity, and community tucked into one of Grass Valley’s friendliest neighborhoods.
